Before you go

  • Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
  • Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
  • For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

We walked in on a Saturday night and the hostess was able to find us seating within 10 minutes at a large community table - they were thoughtful about spacing parties apart so we weren’t squished together. We got a selection of the small plates and drinks, and all were delicious! The fig arugula salad was a big highlight. They had an exciting set of specials as well. The patio area was lovely. The restaurant felt lively and busy but it was easy to talk and I didn’t feel rushed. I would absolutely go again, though probably with a reservation next time!

We come to this place often and love the food. They changed the octopus recipe to a salsa verde with chili oil and was too spicy and over powered the octopus flavor. I liked the old classic style better with beans and sausage. Hope they bring this back. We always get the house made bread and salad with garlic dressing and love it!

Had heard really good things about Bar del Corso so we finally got to check it out. Ordered a seasonal dish with pancetta and peas which was really good. Sat at the bar and all the chefs were locked in on what they were pumping out β€” would definitely come back just for the kitchen dishes. Got two pizzas, the salame and funghi. Funghi was the better of the two but honestly both kinda fell short. Crust is thin and floppy with way too much bitter char flavor. The dough itself doesn’t really have much going on. Cheese barely comes through on either and the tomato is basically nonexistent on the salame. Pretty disappointed with the pizza overall but the service was great and that appetizer was a highlight.

Excellent food! We got the burrata and squash, fried risotto balls, the special Alpini pizza and the rhubarb polenta cake and loved every single bite. The servers were all very nice as well. Surprisingly packed on a late Wednesday evening, so definitely recommend a reservation.

Food was good! Ordered several small plates, two pizzas and dessert. Service was fine though not particularly warm/outstanding. One thing that was disappointing was the addition of a 3% "Operational Fee" when I received the check. I double checked the fine print on the menu and my reservation notice online. Not disclosed in either location. Noted on the check is that the "Operational Fee" is kept by the establishment and NOT part of gratuity for service. Also noted that the recommended gratuity is on the post tax and "Operational Fee" amount. I asked if the "Operational Fee" is optional or can be waived if the bill is paid in cash. Response was no and that he "just prints the receipts". I am fine with paying a higher price for outstanding food/service/ambiance. However, Bar del Corso needs to do a better job of disclosing any additional fees upfront.
